David Rand

Founder and President
David Rand founded DRA Living in March of 2006. Prior to starting the company, David held numerous senior management positions within the Modular and Manufactured Housing Industry for more than 20 years.  David was the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Development for Origen Financial, Inc., Vice President – New Business/Product Development for Associates First Capital Corporation and was with GE Capital, where he held several positions within the manufactured home, recreational vehicle, and marine industries divisions. David received a Bachelors in Business Management from Texas Tech University in 1985. Currently, he serves on the North Carolina Manufactured and Modular Home Association Board of Directors.  David also has served on the Manufactured Housing Institute’s Board of Directors and was the Chairman of the Financial Services Division and was also a Board Member of the Recreational Vehicle/Manufactured Housing Heritage Foundation.
