Director of Commercial Operations


A recent addition to the DRA Living team,  Thomas C. Mills runs our commercial project division which includes multi-family, hospitality, campus living, and any other commercial grade project.

A graduate of Davidson College, Thomas also holds a North Carolina Real Estate Broker’s License.  He is experienced in many aspects of real estate development, financial and market feasibility analyses, financing and due diligence, project management, marketing, and development programming. Mr. Mills has worked as a consultant to a wide variety of clients, including public companies, for-profit and non-profit providers, developers, lenders, institutional investors, health systems, government agencies, and housing finance agencies. He combines extensive experience in the real estate industry with capabilities in business development and information management.
