What is a Systems Built Project?
Today’s Systems Built project offers construction of the highest quality. Systems Built project builders can build the home or commercial project of your choice using the latest building technology, and in a controlled factory environment by specially trained workers protected from untimely weather delays. What’s better, is not only can you build the home or commercial project of your dreams, but the factory-built process makes it more affordable for you.
A Systems Built project is built using the same materials found in a site-built home or commercial project in a factory setting that meets either state or local building codes. Systems Built projects are treated exactly the same for zoning and financing purposes as site-built homes or commercial projects and look exactly like a site built home or commercial project when finished. Systems Built projects are typically more expensive than manufactured homes or commercial projects, yet are still reasonably priced and more affordable than site built homes or commercial projects. How much are your homes or commercial projects?
Each home or commercial project is custom designed and built and cost depends on many variables. We also must take into account if the customer already owns their land and if so is it graded and prepped and are permits pulled and ready to go? We can also complete homes or commercial projects with turnkey construction packages (everything is included) or we can handle on the construction aspects that our customers request (in situations where the customer wants to finish the home or commercial project themselves.)  It is difficult for us to give a ballpark quote, but we are happy to work with you and provide a custom quote. Most Systems Built projects are sold through independent builder/dealers.

How Can I Be Sure That A Systems Built Project Is A Quality-Built Home or Commercial Project?
Systems Built projects are built with the same building materials as site-built homes or commercial projects, but in a controlled factory environment where quality of construction is invariably superior to what can be done outdoors. Systems Built projects are also built to the same building codes other homes or commercial projects are built to in a given location or jurisdication.

There are major benefits to having your home or commercial project built in a factory:

  • All aspects of the construction process are quality controlled.
  • The weather doesn’t interfere with construction, cause costly delays and warp or damage building materials.
  • Technicians, craftsmen and assemblers are on the same team and professionally supervised.
  • Inventory is better controlled and materials are protected from theft and weather-related damage.
  • All construction materials are purchased in volume for additional savings.
  • All aspects of construction are continually inspected by not one, but several, inspectors.
  • Systems Built homes or commercial projects come with all the features that you would find in a site-built home or commercial project. Systems Built homes or commercial projects can even be custom built to your preferences using the latest in computer-assisted design. Back to the top
