Words do not express how much we love our new home! The Highland is the perfect home for us as we were looking to downsize and wanted a downstairs master retreat. However, I never dreamed we would find this wonderful home in such an ideal location! As natives of Black Mountain, I cannot tell you enough that the Hamlets at Rustling Pine Trail development is truly outstanding. Although we are close to the grocery store, town and all of our friends and family, we are still nestled in the woods in a very private and rustic setting. It could not be more perfect for us. Thank you for your attention to detail both inside and outside of our home. We love to sit on the porches and take in the scenery, but I have to say, that the inside of our home is just as beautiful! I cannot tell you how many people have been shocked to find out that our home is an off-site built home. Thank you for everything. First of all, we want to thank you for the work you’ve put into our new home-we love it! We came to you with specific qualities we desired in a home, and at the same time on a budget. Within a few short days you had a plan that met every request. With DRA Living we were able to get amenities that we honestly didn’t think we could ever afford. As you know, we had property in a log home development and we wanted the log appearance with all the modern amenities. You have provided us with a much larger home than we could have afforded building with conventional log and the log siding on our new home fits right in with the community. Every time we meet a neighbor the comments are the same, “Your house went up faster than any other one in the development!” In just a little over three months from closing we were moving into our new home-wow! Along with conversation of how quickly our home was erected, our neighbors are interested in hearing any trouble we may have had during our building process; they each seem to have their own bad story to tell. Ellis and I just wanted to let you know that we really appreciate all you did to help us with the purchase of our home. From helping to arrange financing for our land and the construction to permanent financing (and walking us through that whole complicated process!) to working with us to design the perfect home to meet our needs, you took care of us through everything. Our new home is perfect for us and we could not be more pleased. We were not completely familiar with modular construction before we built this home and we are now wondering why we did not do this sooner.
